To begin with, our hearing care specialist takes the time to attentively listen to your specific needs. What are your current struggles? What are your concerns?  In which situations do you hear less? Only when we learn about your lifestyle and who you are, then can we give you personalized hearing advice. We also recommend bringing someone with you. This can be both helpful and comforting as you are exposed to lots of new information. How long does such a first conversation take? We make it as effortless and hassle free as possible. Often you know what to expect within an hour and what the next steps are to take.

Appointment or no appointment, come visit us. Ask questions about your hearing. We'd love to answer them. It's that simple! We strive to make everything easy and comfortable. DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY DOCTOR?

You do not need a referral from your doctor to come visit us.  If you have doubts about your hearing, you are welcome to simply walk into one of our hearing studios without a referral letter. However, if there is a medical cause, you should first go to an ENT doctor. For example: ear ache, sudden hearing loss, dizziness, tinnitus, inflammation, problems with the eardrum or other abnormality in the ear. Then you will receive a referral via your GP. We work closely with many local doctors for just such reasons. No matter how you come to us, we look forward to helping you!

HEARING AT HOME

Is it difficult for you to come to one of our stores? Then have our hearing care specialist come to you! A unique and convenient service for anyone who is not mobile. We will perform the hearing test in your own familiar environment and can tailor the solution to your situation. We are even able to make visits to retirement and assisted living homes.
